| - Ok....so, I just moved to Las Vegas and I was getting my nails done at Nails R Us. I asked about a massage and Hugh and Tu (?) (nail techs) said that they go to Judy at Summer Palace Foot Massage when they get all tensed up from doing nails. When they told me the price of $38 for 1-hour, I was definitely interested. I spoke directly to Judy and made an appointment. I got there Sun. a little before my 1pm appt and she took me right away. The salon is 1 big room, subdivided by a couple of partitions. The main room has about 9-12 chairs but the room I was in only had 2. It's very low-light and there's nice music playing. So to get on to the massage...awesome. It's much different from a traditional massage so if you're looking to get stripped down, don't go here! Wear comfortable yoga-style capris or shorts, and a t-shirt or tank. Don't plan on going out afterwards until you've taken a shower as they use oils and some will get in your hair. Also, if you're not used to a deep massage, make sure you tell your masseuse to go lighter. I really needed a deep massage, especially on my neck and back because I had been rear-ended a couple of days earlier so I let Judy do her thing, it was a little painful but well worth the outcome!! I think I fell into a light sleep but was aware of how great the massage felt. The only reason I gave it a 4-star was that there were a few starts and stops during my massage because of people coming in. Also, they only give you a cup of water after the massage, so bring your own water bottle. Other than that, I will definitely be going back. I left there feeling like a new person. The hours are great and the prices are awesome. Next time I will get a 75 min. massage! I love Las Vegas!!!!!
