  • The atmosphere is beautiful and of course loud but hey go sit by a real waterfall in a real Rainforest...it is going to be loud. xD The service is a little slow but from previous experience in the restaurant business I want to guess it is the kitchen. However the servers are very polite and I have noticed that they do work together to help out each other. Some of the food is good and some of it needs salt or some type of flavor. I would suggest the chicken salad sandwich, any of the appetizers, the guacamole burger, and Caribbean coconut shrimp. Oh! They also got a new item on the menu which is really surprising and good, the "Ozzie Omelet." Loved it! The gift shop is full of cool stuff! I always see new items when I go which is awesome. There is also an employee always greeting people walking in which is nice but can sometimes be annoying. The bathroom is a bit small but still fits the rainforest theme. Sometimes it is really dirty but I do not understand how people leave paper towels on the sink...there is a trash can in the bathroom. Overall love this place and it is way better then the one in Vegas! :)
