  • I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of customer service and professionalism I received with of this business. I called to see how much it would be for a consultation and x-ray and was told it would be $125 for both an x-ray and teeth cleaning with a free consultation. I asked some following questions but ultimately the conversation was very brief. I then called back a second time shortly after to ask how much it would be just for the x-ray since cleaning of the teeth is generally optional. She told me that I HAD to have a cleaning since it had been a while since I had it done and further explained that the doctor RECOMMENDS cleaning to patients so I HAD to get it done. First of all, "recommending" and "having" have TWO very different meanings so she obviously did not know what she was talking about since she was contradicting herself. She should of said "It may be highly desirable but it is not necessary since the doctor only recommends to have it done." She THEN had the nerve to ask me, in a condescending tone, "Excuse me, if you don't mind me asking, how old are you??....you sound very young." I thought this was extremely rude because she assumed that I was being told by a parent to ask the mature questions I was asking her. She then tried to get me to hang up when I was still inquiring about the business which should NOT be tolerated in a professional business. Also, when I simply asked for a rough estimate on how much extractions would cost, she said she could't give me one. I asked her multiple times for a ROUGH estimate, a BALLPARK range and she said "It depends on how impacted your teeth are so I can't give you an estimate until your visit with us". How can you be a business and not even give potential customers, potential money an estimate on how much they would be paying? The fact that she could't even give me an average of what people that go there normally pay, as well as the rest of my encounter with this particular employee, tells me that she is uneducated in the company, quality customer service, professionalism and common sense. First impressions are everything, especially in an office setting since the people at the front desk are representing the company as a WHOLE and the front desk is doing a poor job at first impressions. Professionalism and customer service are a MUST in my book when it comes to me giving my money to a business and just based off my phone calls, this dentistry has none. To the owners and managers: Hire educated employees and train your them on the importance of professionalism and customer service.
