  • Upon the recommendation of a co-worker, I contacted Tim at LV Yard Doctor for an estimate for some additional landscape work. Tim and Susan met with me around my work schedule. They were very punctual, friendly, and professional. I wanted to add on some landscape lighting, add some rock cover to the backyard, and hang & back light a laser cut steel wall art I recently purchased. I was most concerned about hanging and lighting the wall art since I had not done that before. Tim explained the process of how the wall art would be hung on the block wall and how the lighting wire would be hidden and answered all of my questions. Tim and his office staff (Susan and Desiree) were consistently accessible by phone, text, or email as we went through the process of reviewing the estimate and, ultimately, scheduling the project with them. The crew arrived as promised on the day of the job and everything was completed that day. I appreciated the communication from the crew and they even sent me a photo to confirm the placement and orientation of the wall art before hanging it. The crew also did a good job of cleaning up after they were done. Tim followed-up with me the next day to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. This was one of my best landscaping experiences and I would highly recommend LV Yard Doctor.
