For those who don't like ferris wheels like me, it's not the same experience at all. I felt a little nervous at first but that went away quickly and I could focus on the experience. I went during the week, late morning so had no problem getting on and wasn't crowed. It was a beautiful day so we had a perfect view. The only disappointment was the ridiculous cost of the photos you can purchase after. It was $30 for two and if you only wanted one-same price. It's too bad they are more interested in gouging tourists. They could sell more if they would be reasonable. Or give locals a discount, we bring in business, too. I realize it is probably outsourced but it's still attached to the High Roller so please take note.
