  • I love this complex. The leasing office and main ten ever staff are great. Shout out to Karina for being awesome. One of the reasons why I chose this complex specifically was because the women in the leasing office were great to work with and I didn't feel like they were giving me a "sales pitch" like I had received at other locations. I also love that I don't see a lot of young kids or college kids around. From what I see, I see a lot of young professionals and older adults around here which is a HUGE plus for me. I didn't realize I could be so close to ASU and not have a complex completely saturated in college youngsters. The complex itself is large, has great amenities, and the view of Tempe town lake and the closeness of major freeways is worth the cost of living here. The rent payment and maintenance request process is super simple and makes me a happy resident. Overall, I love this place and would recommend it.
