  • Yes this is a GREAT workout. Yes this is a big, new facility. Yes it is conveniently located. Yes I love the accountability of having to schedule my class times. I love all of this BUT for me the game changer is Coach Jerid. Anyone who has taken his classes knows he brings extra energy and focuses on good form but I left class yesterday with a bonus. He asked, "Are you going to be here tomorrow?" I schedule my workouts in advance and was already scheduled so this didn't motivate me to go per se but it made me feel like me being in his class mattered. Good customer service and people who care about what they do can be hard to find so it absolutely stands out to me. When I find it, it earns my loyalty. Thanks Jerid. See you tomorrow.
