  • I absolutely love Banana Republic! Their clothes are such good quality and so comfortable, I wish my entire wardrobe was from them! I was here this time for the 40% off Black Friday sale and what an experience this was. There were about 100 women rummaging around this store the moment it opened. I knew exactly what I wanted, grab it and headed to the change room. The lady working the change room was adorable and very helpful. I really appreciated her assistance! When I left the change room, there was a line of 20 women long for my room! Hilarious! I headed up to the till to discover the line to pay was about 45 women long. At that point, I knew this was a good sale. So I stood in line for 40 minutes and eventually got to the till. The man working the till was fabulous. He ran to the back to grab another size for me, even with so many people waiting. Very helpful. I saved $199 on a $500 bill, CHA-CHING! What I appreciate about this store is their return policy, even on a black Friday sale, I can still get a refund on my items, which is good for me because I am an odd shopper, I never like stuff when I get home. And surprise surprise, I will be returning a few things. But I think I'm just going to exchange them! Totally love this store!
