  • These town homes looked great online so I requested a tour. Jessica emailed me within 1 hour to schedule a tour. They are closed on Sunday so we scheduled it for the following Saturday at 1pm. My husband and I arrived a few minutes early to a locked door so we waited. 5 minutes until my appointment no one was still there so I tried calling but got no answer. We waited until 1:10 called again and left a message. We even tried driving around the community hoping to run into an employee but had no luck! 24 hours later i still have not received a call/email from this management company. This experience has shown us a lot about this company so we'll keep looking for a new place to call home.
