| - My Hertz experience was fine up until checkin. A lady checked us in quickly and fine and we were on our way. We were stopped by another employee, who obviously did not know what he was doing, and told us this car was not checked in and there was a $421 balance due. Hello, we had a 2 day rental for $87.18. He delayed us and delayed us. I showed him my receipt, gave him my last 4 digits of my CC and all matched, I was done. He said no, this car is not checked in. I said please get a manager. He walked away about 4 times, supposedly got the manager, who walked right past us without addressing us of the situation. We finally went to the Gold counter and the lady who checked us in was there with this man causing the issues. She said, Ma'am, is there a problem, you are checked in and ready to go. I said, "I don't think there is an issue, but he does". She told him, "you are looking at the wrong car"!!! Just amazing. This guy did not know what he was doing and we got no help at all from the manager. Thank goodness the lady who originally checked us in was still there. He almost made us late for our flight! Managers and employees need to be weeded out of this location!
