  • Within a week the down stairs unit went out after upstairs unit was fixed. And service is 4 days later. Never go with this company on a property!!!!! Every contractor sent out by this company is horrible, all the techs say the same thing this is all they pay me for. Gardener has not been out in 4 weeks and pool water is not clean at all. Just spent $80 on chemicals. Never use this property management, and Chris there agent is terrible and likes to hang up on people when they provide bad service. Was also told by agent Chris that the owners name is Rian Watson and have personally emailed him several times and have called and Rian refuses to respond or follow up with me. This is the level of integrity this company has.
