There are a couple employees that are pretty good, but it's definitely a YMMV type of situation. This particular store actually has a pretty slim selection of used items. Fortunately, I usually just scan the used, and buy some gift cards.
It definitely could use a push in this department. However, I still think that Gamestops in general have a decent business practice and they all are fairly similar regardless. The people are the ones that make the difference from store to store, when it comes to chains.
