  • I called for an estimate to have a tree removed from my yard. When Kathy answered the phone she let me know that an estimator would call and set up an appointment, no one ever called. 2 days later the estimator called to let me know he was tuning early and could he come by in an hour...... I never had an appointment! When j told him that no One had called me to set up an appointment, he argued with me and then had the office call me. Kathy called me right back, argued with me (again) about having called to set up an appointment and the told me the estimator could come in 2 days. Again she said the estimator would call the day before to set up a time, and again no one ever called.
