This place has the worst customer service. Every time you call you are put on hold for way too long. My first appointment I waited over an hour to see a dentist! I was pleasantly surprised that the dentist was so kind that I decided to give it another try.
I walked in on my 2nd and last appointment and I asked if the wait would be long (since it took forever before) and the receptionist assured me that it wouldn't be. After 45 minutes no one had given me an update, and everyone who had been at the front desk seemed to disappear. The worst part is that I eventually just left because there was no one to help me! I had paid upfront and am still waiting to be refunded my money and it's been over a month.
It's unfortunate that this experience truly turned me away. The doctor was nice and I would have liked to go back but the customer service was just that bad. I recommend a different dental office that isn't so understaffed and actually has time to speak to their customers.
