Extremely cavalier about throwing the word "n!gga" around. When telling the manager words like that shouldn't be used between him and his employees he was argumentative. Extremely disappointed that we as Americans are becoming more accepting of non-customer service oriented management, and arrogant defensive young people who listen far less than they speak.
Hopefully, true management will speak with these three young Latino men and let them know what is and is not acceptable in the service industry.
