I have been going to the location on Highland in Phoenix for years. A couple weeks ago they loaded another care behind me on the belt with no driver and it promptly slammed into my rear bumper. Machinery malfunction? Human error? Regardless I screamed at everyone because it was a real knock and caused $600 damage to my car. I had to insist on talking to Travis the Manager to fill out an incident report. He looks 21 if he is a day. Geico fixed it but said I needed to pay my $500 deductible and they would try and "recover". We are getting no response ...crickets from the Corporate office.
