  • My Service Manager, Mike Reeves, was excellent. He was respectful, prompt, and responsive. I felt he actually was trying to help me understand the quote realizing I have owned previous BMW's and was not fond of knowing it costs $1500 minimum whenever a BMW car goes into the shop. My total as expected was over $1500, but at least I didn't feel as fleeced with Mike's great service. Overhead cost once the warranty runs out for a BMW is expensive. I would not recommend buying one unless you are prepared for it.
