  • Normally, this would be a 5 star review. Love the staff here usually. But the staff there today (5/7/18) in the morning was terrible. Just going through the motions. First, the young woman taking my order at the register decided I needed a lesson on that the "power" size didn't exist anymore, even though every other employee recognizes that I just mean large. Also, my only special request on my smoothie is well blended. Instead, I got a smoothie that the other young lady stopped before even one full cycle. I hate getting pieces of fruit stuck in my straw. Ended up tossing my $7 smoothie in the trash 75% full. Other then that, store is clean, and well run usually. That is why the other staff still earns my respect. Maybe it was just a terrible Monday for the ladies. I know the feeling. But that is no reason to half-ass something as simple as "well blended."
