  • Be very careful when signing your contract. After the usual two-year commitment, the contract automatically renews every year thereafter unless cancelled more than 30 days in advance. After I wanted to switch to another company for a better alarm system and at less cost, AAA required me to pay for 10 months of unneeded service. Too bad they never send renewal messages as a courtesy to their customers. Not a good way of doing business.
