  • DO NOT LET BILL LUKE FIAT'S MECHANICS TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE. We bought our van (2013 Dodge Grand Caravan) from Bill Luke Fiat. That experience was fairly pleasant, but they certainly didn't detail the van at all before giving it to us. There was actually something stuck to one of the rear seats. More recently we had been buying our oil changes from there because you can buy 4 at once for a decent discount. We'd never had trouble until the last time we saw them. Towards the end they told me that our front brakes needed to be changed. That's fine, I appreciated that they checked and told me. My dad and I have always changed the brakes in all my cars together so I thanked them for letting me know and told them I'd change the brakes myself. A little while later we were driving off in our van again. The next week, my dad and I went to change the front brakes and we couldn't get the front passenger tire off. Every nut was screwed on insanely tight. And one of them was stripped entirely. We had to break the bolt to get the tire off. We called Bill Luke Fiat to inquire about it and left multiple messages and never had one call returned. It was such a pain and added inconvenience to get the tire off. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, though they should never have been tightened that much. Just recently we took our van to discount tire to get new tires put on. Discount Tire couldn't manage to get our back drivers side tire off because the bolts were, you guessed it, stripped. I'm beginning to think this was no coincidence at all. TWO of my four tires nuts were screwed on so tightly that they were stripped?! I mean, how incompetent do you have to be to do that? As a mechanic, pretty incompetent. Which makes me believe that it was no accident, but actually on purpose because we wouldn't get our brakes changed with them. I will never again give my money to Bill Luke Fiat and I certainly will never let them so much as look at one of my cars. And neither should you. They are incredibly unprofessional at best, grossly incompetent at worst.
