rev:text	My sisters and I came here for my first time yesterday. The place is really nice and clean. We wanted a pedi and full sets. The second we sat down to get our pedis we were asked if we wanted gel instead of regular polish on our toes. The 3 of us said no to just stick to regular. After the pedicure was over they started doing our nails. I thought the lady that had done my pedi was going to do my nails also so she had me sit in her chair. Then the lady next to her tells me to sit in her chair instead because the one who had done my pedi was going home so I moved. She starts cleaning my nails and starts filing them then she tells me to sit in the empty station next to hers because she wanted to do my sisters nails cause she was only getting a fill and she wanted to go home plus David (the third person that was told to do my full set) was faster. So okay I moved again. Mind you the whole time she was cleaning my nails and filing she was trying to convince me to get gel instead of regular polish. Then after David starts doing my nails he didn't even ask how long I wanted them. He cut off to the length he wanted then asked me "is this okay or do you want them longer" and started laughing cause he obviously couldn't make them longer at this point. So I agreed to the length. I wanted a simple ombré and he had the owner do the polish idk if he just couldn't do it or what. Again I was told it'd look better with gel. I didn't want gel!!! Kim started doing my polish then says that the ombré isn't going to look like I had shown her because it wasn't gel. It took her 10-15 minutes to do what I wanted. I just felt like I was rushed and like they just wanted to do whatever so that they could go home. If a 5:30 app doesn't give you enough time to do what the client wants then you probably shouldn't be scheduling people after 4:00 since you want to go home so bad. I had 1 person do my pedicure and 3 others just for a simple full set. I actually liked how my pedi and nails look but one of my sisters nails looks really bumpy...probably cause Michelle was in a hurry to go home -_-
