  • Brought a bucket full of good quality clothes in and they chose nothing! Such a huge waste of time. I was told 20 minutes and got the text less than 10 minutes later. Most reviews said clothes were left how they were brought it, mine were clearly looked through because they were a mess in the bucket! Couldn't even have the decency to refold them back in the bucket how they were found. Their over two year policy is RIDICULOUS! If it's good quality, why turn it away?
