Below is what Lacey H. sent me. She is a TSA agent in the airport. When you read all the reviews on the airport, seems my opinion of the TSA organization is an opinion shared by many. Having Lacey H. say what she did makes it even more apparent at the lack of professionalism in the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. This is not a slam against the TSA in total, as they do a terrific job in many many airports. This is specifically a leadership issue in Phoenix.
