- website broken-as-designed [allows credit card to be added {NOT removed} but does not support renewal]
- phone system voice-responsed to death and live people [three total and all the people they put me on hold to speak with] constrained by "we don't do it that way" corporate logic... that i maybe could get around if i did all the things that were perfectly clear to them [but i was not interested in monthly payments, nor pleading with store people {who i already knew i could not trust} for some refund... i just wanted to pay for the year]
so off to Yelp to find a new doc!
