  • Not exactly sure how I should rate Bonds Alarm. I do like that they WERE a family owned local company...however, they've just been bought and are now BAY Alarm, a California company (appears also family owned). Sigh. I became a Bonds customer when Bob (for health reasons) sold Beware Alarm to Bonds. Can't say Bonds has impressed me thus far. They neglected to return my calls this year when I needed to have my equipment checked (nothing wrong just time to inspect) but I bet they sure are glad that I pay my monitoring fee annually. I miss Beware. Basically, Bonds is now Bay Alarm...so I may be looking for a new, local, vendor.
