We went after 5, which is reasonable for people to want dinner even if it's a bit early. This is west valley Phoenix, we have a lot of snow birds who eat even earlier. But the buffet was out of a lot, and what was there was cold and stale. 2 stations had a place for butter; a staple you'd expect to be plentiful but was out. My husband wanted steak, but the worker who cooked at the made-to-order station was too busy talking with a buddy. There was another customer who informed my husband he's been ignoring customers like that a lot. I was disappointed to see signs for dessert choices that looked really good like molten chocolate lava cake, but they didn't actually have it available and weren't planning on doing so. We won't ever return.
