  • The owner is an absolute unprofessional trainwreck. I was never told to pay up front and was never told that the maid and carpet cleaners are two separate teams that need to be paid up front and separately. I had to leave work in the middle of the day after being called twelve times and verbally berated by Cindy. Cindy laughed at me on the phone, berated me about my age and asked "how young" I was (I'm 26, this is including when she was calling me "honey"), and continued to insult me and be extremely rude. I was absolutely astounded. No receipt either. EDIT: they also broke my sliding shower door. Would give zero stars if I could. EDIT #2: Since Cindy responded, I think it it yet still unprofessional to say a customer "hates" you. My shower door was NOT broken when they came to clean it, I don't see how lying over the Internet makes you a better business owner. Still have not received my money back OR a receipt. Stay away.
