  • Like other reviewers have written, they overcharge and pretty much scam you for your money. We were charged 900.00 plus for springs, cables, bearings, and drums. That may sound like a lot of work, but we called another company that my parents referred me to afterwards and they quoted just a fraction of the cost. We had to have another company come out because even though Jason fixed the problem of our garage door not opening at all, he then left us with a garage that didn't completely open. He tried to up-sell us a new garage opener for 450.00 in addition to all the money we were already spending. The other company said it's not necessary for such a garage opener. The other company we went with said that A1 reprogrammed our settings so that our garage wouldn't open right completely in order to sell us a new opener. All our new guy had to do was reprogram the settings to fix Jason's messing with our settings. Our garage opener was completely fiWe were simply charged 65.00 for the reset. BEWARE of this company and Jason. Very dishonest!!! Hi Bruce I have since moved from Los Angeles and have been living in Las Vegas for several years. The account we have with you is under my husband's name as he was the one who contacted and dealt with your employee who we were not happy with. I am waiting for my husband to contact you.
