  • I paid 25% more at this salon for highlights than the top places in Phoenix are charging. The colorist I went to see at this salon didn't listen to what I was asking for. I think she wanted to justify charging me a ridiculously high price by doing way more to my hair than I asked for. My hair ended up stripped of color with extreme breakage and uneven highlights. I had to go to another salon to fix this and add normal color back into my hair. I tried to get my money back from this salon and was ignored. I would happily pay extreme prices, but the quality of service and experience of the colorist has to match the cost. I'm out a lot of money for no good reason, and I'm left to wait years for my damaged hair to grow back. Disappointed to say the least, I could have gotten better highlights elsewhere for a lot less money, and not ended up with permanent damage to my hair.
