  • I love living here! I've been apartment living in the east valley for 11 years and this is the first place I've found that is a great location, peaceful & well maintained. Additionally, the office staff is always helpful, professional and friendly. They go over and above to answer any questions. The maintenance staff is equally professional and friendly. I've never waited more than 24 hours for anything to be addressed in my apt. Typically it's been same day resolution. I work at home so it was important to find a quiet and pleasant "home" to live in. The layout of these apartments are spacious and great - it's like living in a townhouse rather than apt. I've currently got a 2 bed/2 ba and would recommend these apartments to anyone!
