  • What a refreshing experience! Let's be honest, no one likes having to get their car serviced. And no one likes being jerked around. I'm new to the area and recently took my Honda to the dealership and was told it needed over $800 in repairs to address my concern. And that was after leaving the car with them the entire day. Thankfully, I declined. Then I found John Jay. I was greeted promptly and politely, my appointment time was honored and my issue was addressed for less than $100 in about 45 mins start to finish. I couldn't have been more impressed or felt more comfortable. I will definitely be back.
