  • I am giving this company a 5 star review based on customer service alone! I was very excited for my 1st spray tan right before our staycation.... Came home from work with 40 min to spare..family drama and our daughter then ran away. Felt like a bad dream, priorities shifted quickly. Spray tan was forgotten as we drove around looking for her. This company texted me making sure I was still coming or do I need to reschedule. Shared our situation and she was beyond caring and sympathetic. Very genuine in her kind words. Thank you Generations! It reminded me of a 'my dog ate my homework' kind of thing-like a big excuse to cancel.....but it was for real. Our daughter was located 4 days later. Thank you for your caring words, I will DEFINITELY be ready for a spray tan once we get our life back on track!
