  • Making an appointment was super easy, they responded (via text) extremely fast. I had an appointment with Vanessa she was polite and her room was cute and cozy upon completion of services my eyelashes looked amazing! I tipped her generously and scheduled a new appointment for 3 weeks out. 5 Stars all the way. 3 days later my right eye has a visible chunk of lashes missing so I call the salon 2x and the voicemail prompts you to text as they don't have time to get to the phone (understandable) they are very busy ladies you see that going in. So I text and ask if I can please come in as I have an event to attend and the bald chunk is noticeable and bothering me. Nothing. No response. No text back no call back and I'm so very disappointed. I would've paid or even tipped again that's how badly I wanted the bald chunk fixed. A full week later and my right eye is almost bald and I'm looking like Yzma and that shit ain't cool.
