  • I have since talked to the owner and I'm glad to hear this is not their standard service quality. After talking with her I feel much better in knowing the owners take pride AND ownership of their business. She went above my expectations in making me a happy client and to hear me out. Even though I had a horrible first time experience, her attitude and apology made up for it. Unfortunately for me Kassie didn't work out however, a lot of other stylists had wonderful colors and cuts as they were leaving. I give them a 5 star rating for taking care of their clients and trying to make it right, thank you!
