  • This was the first location where they allow you to pick whichever car you'd like in the section you're renting in. Picking the car up at 5pm, we weren't left with many choices. The first car we got into, we walked around to do a check and there were many dents, the interior of the car was peeling and worst of all.... someone wrote the total mileage on the car incorrectly. When we called for some help clarifying the mileage (whoever took note of it, took note of the TRIP A mileage, not the TOTAL mileage of the car.. there was a difference of 8,000 miles. BIGGGG difference), they just marked it with a pen and said it was fine. We were worried since we could've just done that, and weren't sure if it would be ok'd in the front. As we stood there contemplating on maybe switching to the car down the isle... another car pulled into the spot next to us. We checked it out... no dents, no torn interior.. we checked mileage. 3 miles! NEW CAR. SCOREEEEEEEE. We had no problem switching vehicles to a newer vehicle and were so glad to be lucky enough to be the first to drive a new vehicle before it gets trashed and dented up.
