  • Unfortunately, a group of my co-workers and I experienced racial profiling from a security guard Joe Weatherby. He continued to harass us for 2 nights in a row. He kept standing outside of our door, and then saying we were too loud. No music was playing. Just conversation. Eventually, Joe decided to call the police. Even the police stated that they couldn't hear us and ended up escorting the security guard away from our door. Upon checking out, the manager avoided speaking with me about the issue. We are diamond members with Hilton, and we called and opened a case file. The hotel, closed our case and said that the resolution was having the police called. Needless to say, we have to involve corporate to get this issue resolved. The hotel had pretty views of the mountains and skylines, but we weren't able to enjoy it. The management of this hotel is trying to sweep this issue under the rug.
