  • Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I have bought numerous items from them of which you know they are not cheap and never had a problem. I have recently had two products go bad and they did nothing to help me. One was a scanpan that for some reason the non stick stopped working. I only have scanpans and hand wash all of them. This is the only one to ever go bad. I took it back in and they said it's over 60 days so you have to contact the manufacturer. I asked for the contact info and paperwork and they looked at me and told me that's my problem and I have to do it. ABSOLUTELY nothing to help me at all. Nothing like "we will send it back and let you know when the replacement comes." NOTHING!!! I have bought so many products and attended many cooking classes at this location but I can tell you never again! I'm all about buying high quality products but I'm even more about customer service and Sur La Table at Keirland is the worst and I will never shop there again!!!! I encourage you to think twice before buying a product there because of something goes wrong you will receive no customer service!
