  • Service was terrible. I booked a 2PM appointment and lady didn't arrive until 2:15 pm and water for my feet was cold so I had cold feet by the time she started. Then she was talking to another person during the massage. Talking during a session is not relaxing, it came to $52 total then when I asked for change to tip the lady 20% for my service she took my $20 and refuse to give me back change and says normal is that amount. So basically she took my $20 money as tip and refuse to give change. I'm on vacation I'm not going to be petty but for a massage establishment these people are rude and unprofessional. There's definitely a language barrier also.
