  • They are the definition of theft. Bullshit "bank". Don't waste your time with this BUSINESS. They are looking to LITERALLY take your money. I had an account and thought everything was fine, until the fees came into effect. So ridiculous. I then, in person, closed my account but now I'm being told I'm in collections for some reason that I cannot be provided with over the phone. Although they ask for my SSN, I cannot be given a reason as to why they sent me to collections. Let that sink in. Now I feel like the biggest idiot because of this bank. Fuck YOU tcf. Fuck you.
