  • Great experience! My husband gifted me with a Groupon massage and day at the spa at Bally's. I arrived about 15 min before my scheduled massage time. I would have been the full 30 min early (as suggested in the website) except the spa was not easy to locate inside the casino. Once checked in I had a wonderful experience. The lockers were more than large enough to hold my personal belongings. The warm fluffy robe was super soft and cozy. The warm hot tub did not seem all that warm and the jets were not as strong as the hot hot tub. My massage was amazing and relaxing. I did not realize I could stay to use the facilities longer when I scheduled the appointment. I was also under the impression that I would be able to come another day for use of the spa but nobody seemed to know about that part on the voucher. Over all it was a great experience and I would visit again in the future.
