  • This has been bookmarked for quite sometime now, so we decided to finally try it. We had the Beef Flautas plate, Carne Asada Tacos plate and a Kid's Quesadilla. The food was good, but not memorable. I asked for hatch green chile sauce on the side and it was watery and not flavorful. If they improve and master this sauce, like fire roasting it, it would really put them on the map out here. Even if the chile was pan cooked and browned with onions and garlic, it would have made an awesome sauce. Other than that...we're still looking.
