  • *****Patisserie et Boulangerie par excellence!***** Very authentic French. ***** The type of pastry shop Pittsburgh needs. Everything is prepared by hand, none of that pre-processed bakery junk. This reminds me of a place in Gordes in the Provence. For the best pickings, go to the shop when they open early in the morning. Their quiches are terrific for breakfast or lunch or coffee break. Tarts and flans are very light. And the sandwiches are savory, none of that fried greasy stuff sold in fast food chains.
