  • We were waiting in line for 1.5 hour. Only 2 clerks were working at the time but I saw a few employees walking around the back. I finally asked to see the manager. But she came out 15 min later and seemed like just woke up. She was not helpful at all. She just said that she is busy taking care of some important business in the back and this is it and there is nothing she can do about it. There was about 45 people waiting in line. What is more important than taking care of customers and customer satisfaction... I will not rent a car from Thrifty again.
