I went in to pick up an online order and while I was there I decided to pick up some other things for my pup, when I got to the check out all the associates were really nice and helpful.
I told the lady at the register that I was also there to pick up an online order for a Halloween costume, she said I will have to get my manager. When the manager came up she was very rude and told me she cancelled the order because they were out of stock. I then told her when I purchased it that this was the only store it was IN STOCK at. She got really snippy with me.
I would not have driven all the way there if I didn't expect to pick this item up. I was very upset at the way she talked to me and the fact that she cannot keep up with her inventory of items.
Also, I had other items in my order and instead of her refunding me for that one item she cancelled my WHOLE Order, meaning I would have to go again online and repurchase the other items.
I did not catch her name and I am not sure if she is the store manager or if she was just a shift manager.
My overall experience at the petsmart was terrible because of this lady.
