It's 7:30 a.m. And the SB in terminal A has a line of 30-40 people. SB has 1 cashier and 1 Barista. I normally don't wait online at SB, why get frustrated to pay exorbitant prices, however there is nothing else. So I wait and wait and wait 20 min. There is a 3rd person roaming around, sweeping the floor, taking her time stocking lids and cups. The workers are chatting, laughing talking amongst themselves with NO SENSE OF URGENCY!!! Come on SB or should is say HMS Host, train your team to have a sense of urgency. Oh the 3rd person who was jus lolling gaging all of sudden Jumped on a register. She should've been on that register the entire time.
Next time I'll get the coffee at the newsstand that sells Kurig.
