  • The crew from SS just left. So now we have to wait 24 hours to enjoy the freshly cleaned carpets. The crew arrived at the scheduled time. They walked through the house, gave us an updated estimate, and got down to work. Every 20 mins or so they asked us to come in and take a look at the progress. They wrapped up our 3 bed 2bath house in less than 2 hours. Our tile and grout is clean and the carpets are fluffy and fresh. I knew every stain was not going to be gone or that the carpet was going to look brand new. But I'm now comfortable and ready to move in knowing that it was cleaned, deodorized, and scotch guarded. The crew was knowledgeable and professional at all times. I could see they took pride in their work. I'm going to call them back to clean the carpets at the rental that we are moving out of.
