  • I thought the point of the casino was the make a profit, but this place is too incompetent to even get that right. My wife wanted to play black jack for the first time but the lady who was dealing was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with professionally. I understand a lot of the dealers in casinos are not the nicest people but this one took the cake. She sighed, rolled her eyes, raised her voice, etc.. More important, she was highly inappropriate. She became frustrated on the FIRST hand and flipped over my wife's cards right after dealing. I am not a black jack expert but even I know that you are not suppose to be looking at the players' face down cards during the middle of the game. I am glad I was only here for two nights. Will never be coming back.
