  • I just left the salon after receiving a mediocre, rushed, sloppy and overpriced pedicure. I initially planned on coming for a full set w/ gel and a pedicure but after the bad experience with the pedicure, I just left. The last time I came, Yun was very thorough and did an amazing job. It's my fault for not asking for her. I don't know the name of the lady that helped me, but she had me sit in the chair for 10 minutes after she disappeared to be on her cell phone. She didn't really speak to me & didn't do any shaping of my toe nails and rushed through the pedicure service. By far, the WORST experience I've ever had in a salon. I only give it two stars because the gentleman servicing the lady next to me spoke to me & went to go find her when she left me waiting for 10 minutes in cold water doing God knows what. His client seemed to be having an exceptional experience, while I unfortunately had a terrible one.
