| - Well, today was our first - and last - time at the spa. We usually go to a spa once a week to relax with a bunch of friends, and try to find the best one in Vegas. Unfortunately, the spa at Marriott here is kind of old and not really maintained up-to-date. The area is nice, the venue is quite large and the price is attractive ($35).
But, when you enter the facility, what a deception! Poor service (we had to ask many times to get our sandals and towels), the employees did not seem to care at all, we wanted to order some food but these guys were busy watching the football game on TV, so we couldn't.
I usually have some kind of sympathy for old places (probably from my European origins), when they are well-maintained; this one isn't! It looks dirty, half of the equipment is out of order, no reachable towels...
The only time the employees were fast was when we left, we hardly had time to change and they immediately took our towels away. Well, that wasn't the right pick to relax, that was more stressful and this is not what you expect from this kind of places.
