  • I lived in this property for 5 years. Loved the location and the apartment for about 3 years until management changed.  The property was managed by three management teams in the last 5 years and the current management personnel is, by far, the worse which is the reason I decided to move out.  The property is not maintained, maintenance issues are not handled in a timely manner, tenants screenings are not as thorough (more noise, criminal activity), and their rent has sky rocketed.  The leasing office staff lack customer service and the property manager dresses inappropriately.  Also, if you plan to rent with them, beware of additional fees that are added at the time to move out (some not even listed). I clean the apartment and the spots in the carpet, but I had to pay a $130.00 carpet "discoloration" fee. Rather than changing the rug, they clean the rug for a new tenant. Keep that in mind when you decide at this property. Good luck on your apartment search. Hope this review has been helpful.
